Local Pontiac chef, Yannick La Salle, won a prestigious competition last weekend in Kelowna, British Columbia. The Bryson native, who is a chef at Les Fougères restaurant in Chelsea, won first place at the 2019 Canadian Culinary Championships. This prize will enable him to go to Africa or South America.
