Xavier Lusignan wins Junior Pan-Am gold for second consecutive year

Xavier Lusignan did it again and won gold at the Junior Pan American Weightlifting Championships held in Colombia this weekend. In the 96 kg category, Xavier bested the two other competitors on the list and improved his lifts from last year by about 10 kg.

Next on his schedule, Xavier will be in action at the Senior Canadian Weightlifting Championships taking place in Scarborough on May 19-21. His sister Naomie, who is coming back from an injury, will also be competing.
