The Pontiac RLS has a total of 4 active cases

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l’Outaouais now publishes active cases for each Local Service Area Network (RLS). As of Oct. 26 at 1 p.m., according to data, the Pontiac RLS had 4 active cases out of a total of 26 that have been listed so far.

The municipality of Pontiac has the highest number of cases with 21. The municipalities of Fort-Coulonge, Mansfield, Shawville and Île-du-Grand-Calumet all have 5 cases or less. However, the assessment of active cases by municipality has not been specified.

During the CISSS de l’Outaouais press conference on Thursday (October 22), the acting director of public health in the Outaouais, Doctor Brigitte Pinard, explained that the situation was still under surveillance.

For the moment, the MRC Pontiac still remains in the orange zone. Remember that the Municipality of Pontiac is in the red zone.
