The Outaouais first baby of the year; a 5.6 lbs little girl born 1h23 into the new year

The Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux (CISSS) de l’Outaouais has officially announced the Outaouais region’s 2023 first baby of the year. Èva-Rose Vachon, was born at 1:23 a.m. New Year’s day, she weighs 5.6 pounds (2.27 kg) and the CISSS de l’Outaouais says both the mother and child are in great shape.
