Certain services at Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec (SAAQ) offices throughout Quebec (including the one in Campbell’s Bay) will be interrupted between January 27 and February 14 as the organization rolls out its new online service portal, SAAQclic. A press release issued by MRC Pontiac states that the public should plan their transactions ahead of time.

Between January 27 and February 14, the following services will not be available at any SAAQ offices:

• Driver’s license renewal with or without photo
• Health insurance card renewal
• Transfer of registration between individuals
• Vehicle registration renewal
• Integration of CVM
• Registration of a hand-crafted trailer
• Registration of a vehicle purchased from a merchant

During this period, the office in Campbell’s Bay will only be able to replace a lost or stolen driver’s license. Any questions can be directed to 1-800-361-7620 or www.saaq.gouv.qc.ca.
