Snow day: busses cancelled throughout Pontiac
The Hauts-Bois de l’Outaouais School Service Center (CSSHBO) confirmed this morning (December 6) that busses are canceled throughout its territory, including the Pontiac.
“Courses are maintained for all students of general education for young people, general education for adults and vocational training. Classes are also maintained for students of the Western Quebec School Board. Staff should report to their place of work at the usual time. Childcare services are open. The collaboration of parents/guardians is requested to transport the students. If it is not possible for the student to make it to school, the parent must justify the absence by calling the school secretary,” the CSSHBO said in a statement (translated).
The same applies to the Western Quebec School Board, courses are maintained, but the transport is canceled on the territory of the Pontiac.
Impact on vaccination planned at l’École Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur
The CSSHBO said the vaccination campaign which was scheduled to take place at Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur School in L’Isle-aux-Allumettes today, is postponed to a later date. Details will be sent to parents/guardians shortly.
