CHIP 101.9 met with the Professor of Concordia University’s Department of Geography Pascale Biron, a specialist in water management in Quebec, who was visiting the Pontiac. She gave her opinion on the map of the Quebec Government’s special intervention zone. Here’s Eric O’Brien report on interview regarding the ZIS Map.
