Regulation respecting voluntary construction work: Outaouais MPs rejoice

The Voluntary Construction Work Regulations, announced on November 8, will come into effect on November 23. The purpose of this regulation is to provide greater flexibility in the execution of this work and to promote mutual assistance, while ensuring the safety of volunteer workers and users of the constructed product. This is the first time in Quebec’s history that such a regulation has established for this type of work.
