Public Consultations for CSHBO

The Commission scolaire des Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais will hold public consultations to allow all parents, staff and various partners in on the drafting of its Commitment to Success Plan in relation to the Policy on educational success by the Ministry of Education.

The objectives are:
• To develop a common understanding of certain aspects of the Public Instruction Act (PIL);
• To ensure the increase of perseverance and student success taking into account the main objectives of the Ministry’s Educational Success Policy;
• To present the issues that will update the guidelines in order to optimize the organization of educational services:
• Specialization of services,
• Updating complementary services (daycare, extracurricular activities, help with homework …),
• To create and maintain good relations with the various partners of the community.

The consultations will take place in January, February and March. For the Pontiac, they will be held at the following dates and locations:

March 13 for the Île-du-Grand-Calumet area at École Ste-Anne, 7 pm
March 14 for the Campbell’s Bay area at École L’Envolée, 5 pm
March 14 for the Otter Lake area at École Ste-Marie, 7 pm
March 19 for Fort Coulonge and Mansfield area at École Sieur-de-Coulonge, 7 pm
March 20 for the Isle-aux-Allumettes area at École Notre-Dame-du-Sacré-Coeur, 7 pm .
