According to several Pontiac employers in the pharmaceutical sector, there is a real need for technical assistance manpower in pharmacy. The development officer at the Regional Service for Vocational Training in the Outaouais, Lyne Coulombe, confirmed this reality in the Pontiac and insisted that this training is offered in Gatineau.

“There is a great need for this workforce and in the Outaouais, training is given in Gatineau, but several jobs are available in this field in the Pontiac” affirms Lyne Coulombe.

The DEP teacher in pharmacy technical assistance at Competence Outaouais, Camilie Pilon, explained what this training consists of and the different options for graduates.
