Phare Ouest unveils it’s 2022-2023 « Soirées Cinéma répertoire » programming at Café Downtown

Phare Ouest has unveiled it’s 2022-2023 « Soirées Cinéma répertoire » programming which will take place at Café Dowtown in Fort-Coulonge. The project head, Louis Harvey, says Café Downtown will even accommodate for the films by adjust its menu to the presentation of the film on display.

“It’s always on a Tuesday, from 7 to 9:30. We always have the same formula, we receive the director before the film’s presentation, so people can come to the Café beforehand and have a good meal and we have small hors d’œuvres for everyone under the theme of the film,” Harvey says. “We have a very good program this year. It starts on November 15 with Les Tricheurs. Les Tricheurs is film that is focused around a round of golf which serves as a pretext for a cynical and funny observation of the human race.”

The first film that will be on display at the Café Downtown with broadcast will be “Les Tricheurs” on November 15.
