Caleb Nickerson
An experienced journalist with a passion for the Pontiac, Caleb first distinguished himself at the Shawville-based newspaper The Equity. More than six years of reporting in the community has earned him a solid experience and reputation as a conscientious journalist, on the lookout for the Pontiac. He has won several awards for his journalistic work from the Quebec Community Newspapers Association (QCNA) ranging from headline writing to photography, and also led a team that won Best Overall Newspaper.
With a strong background in journalism from the University of Ottawa and Algonquin College, you can hear Caleb on the English-language newscasts and on CHIP 101.9’s Drive, on-air weekdays between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
