The COVID-19 pandemic and the various health measures have transformed the food market. Not only have several establishments bet on take-out orders, but some producers have developed concepts to make their products available to the general public.

This is the case with La Ferme la Paysannerie located in Bristol. The owners Isabelle Lajoie and Marc Bergeron, will offer sugar shack style lunch boxes, but made up largely of their products.

“Unlike sugar shacks, on our side, it will be our own bacon and pork from our farm. It’s really a traditional menu, including the great classics found in a sugar shack that people can order directly from us and they can even have everything delivered to their house, ”the owners jointly explained.

The menu will be available until next April. Customers can order their sugar shack-style boxes directly through the website of La Paysannerie. The full interview is available here.
