Jean-Nicolas de Bellefeuille seeking Pontiac Conservative nomination
Cantley municipal councillor Jean-Nicolas de Bellefeuille is throwing his hat into the ring for the federal Conservative Party nomination for the riding of Pontiac. He joins previous candidate Michel Gauthier and Chelsea resident Brian Goodman in the contest.
A life-long Outaouais resident, de Bellefeuille said that one of the main reasons he decided to run for the nomination is the leadership of Pierre Poilievre.
He said that his priorities for the rural portions of the riding would be improving road infrastructure and housing.
