Pont-Blanc beach will be able to accommodate people with reduced mobility for next summer. The Aventure Hélianthe Solidarity Outdoor Cooperative has received financial assistance of $ 2,144.73 from the Association québécoise pour le loisir des personnes handicapés (AQLPH) to help purchase sustainable equipment for the practice of physical activities and sports. According to Louis Harvey of Aventure Hélianthe, it is a long carpet that will allow people in wheelchairs to reach the desired body of water.

The Municipality of Mansfield should also financially support the project.

The interview with Louis Harvey is available here.
