Fort-Coulonge Councillor Lucie Bertrand passes away
The Village of Fort-Coulonge is mourning this week with the passing of municipal Councilor Lucie Bertrand who passed away earlier this week following an illness.
She had missed a few recent municipal meetings, not being able to attend. The mayor of the Municipality of Fort-Coulonge, Christine Francoeur, paid tribute Lucie Bertrand, where she described her as a hard-working and curious advisor who had the development of Fort-Coulonge at heart.
Lucie Bertrand was also the owner of the Pique patate chip-stand in Mansfield-et-Pontefract, which served as a point of reference poutine and snack lovers in the Pontiac.
