Fifteen citizens show up to the First council of the Pontiac MRC in 2018

15 people from within the Pontiac attend the first 2018 MRC’s mayors’ meeting, which was held at 6:30 pm last Wednesday. Some of the citizens took the opportunity to address certain topics, touching on healthcare and the forest industry.

The Pontiac Artists’ Association, the Pontiac Social Development Table and the Pontiac Agribusiness Table were also present to give a short presentation on their activities.

The MRC Pontiac warden, Jane Toller, asked that the meetings of the council of mayors be held in the evenings in 2018, to facilitate greater transparency for MRC Pontiac residents. The next meeting will take place on February 21st.
