Farm management course coming to Heritage College in Campbell’s Bay
The Campbell’s Bay campus of CÉGEP Heritage College will be offering a course on how to manage an agricultural business this fall.
Rebecca van Steijn, continuing education coordinator with the college, explained that the course will teach a broad range of skills when it comes to managing a farm enterprise, from marketing and sales to accounting and taxation. Successful students will receive an Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC), a diploma for professional courses.
She said that the course will run full-time, Monday to Friday, from October to April at their campus located on Hwy. 148 in Campbell’s Bay.
