A local school has stood out on the national level. Isabelle Nadeau’s class at Notre-Dame du Sacré-Cœur school located at l’Isle-aux-Allumettes, in the Commission scolaire des Hauts-Bois-de-l’Outaouais (Quebec), won the illustrated history book for the Voyage en francophonie canadienne.

Le Voyage en francophonie canadienne is a multiplatform educational package for students aged 6 to 17 years old. The goal: to raise awareness of the close ties that unite Francophones in the 13 provinces and territories in our country. In addition to the history book, the site is composed of an interactive map, map of French schools in Canada, educational activities and a timeline.
