By-election to be held in Ile-du-Grand-Calumet

Following the passing of Ile-du-Grand-Calumet councillor Pierre Jolicoeur in July, the municipality has announced the by-election for his vacant seat.

Those wishing to submit their candidacy paperwork can do so at the municipal office until Friday October 4 at 4:30 p.m. The office will be open Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to noon on Friday. On October 4, the office will be open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The official voting day will be on Sunday November 3 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. with the advanced poll taking place the week prior on October 27 from noon to 8 p.m.
