Big Sugar, The Washboard Union, The Reklaws to headline Shawville Fair

The Shawville Fair is set to return this Labour Day weekend, and earlier this summer the board released their entertainment lineup, with Canadian acts Big Sugar, The Washboard Union and The Reklaws headlining Friday through Sunday night respectively. Spokesperson Josey Bouchard spoke with CHIP 101.9 about what attendees can expect at this year’s fair.

Notable local performers include Phil Denault and Michaela Cahill, along with Arnold Trudeau and Larry Chevrier. Bouchard said that they are always looking to give a platform to acts from the Pontiac.

Passes will go on sale next week, on Tuesday, August 1. More details can be found on the Shawville Fair Facebook page.
