28 November 2022 à 1:35 pm

Regional health authority CISSSO announced last week the directors of the different local service networks (RLS) within the Outaouais. Locally, Nicole Boucher-Larivière was named the head of the Pontiac network and Frédéric Parizeau will lead the network in RLS des Collines, both starting January 30.

RLS Pontiac : Nicole Boucher-Larivière

Ms. Boucher-Larivière has 20 years of experience as a manager in the health and social services network. As the assistant director of support programs for the autonomy of the elderly (SAPA) at the CISSS de l’Outaouais since 2017, she knows the dynamics of the RLS Pontiac well, having worked there for 18 years. She has a master’s degree in administration from Laval University.

RLS des Collines : Frédéric Parizeau, Assistant Director, Multidisciplinary and Community Services

Parizeau has worked in the health and social services network since 2009 and has 9 years of experience as a manager. He joined the CISSS de l’Outaouais in 2016 and has served as assistant director in the Multidisciplinary and Community Services Department since 2021. His experience as a local assistant for the RLS des Collines in 2020-2021 made it possible to get to know the realities of the area. He has a master’s degree in public administration, health and social services concentration at the National School of Public Administration of Quebec.

“The main objectives of the local management plan 2.0 are to grant more autonomy to the outlying territories of the Outaouais, in order to improve the efficiency and coordination of operations, support for field teams in their daily activities and reconciliation of decision-making processes with operations,” the CISSSO wrote in a press release. “The newly appointed RLS directors will work in close collaboration with partners in the community, as well as managers, doctors and local teams.”
