Another embarrassing situation for William Amos

After seeing his name go around the world about a month ago, photographed naked in front of his screen during a sitting in the House of Commons, Pontiac MP William Amos was this time caught urinating during another session. Once again, he finds himself at the center of one of the most shared stories on the planet.

“Last night, while virtually attending the non-public deliberations of the House of Commons, I urinated without realizing the camera was on. I am deeply embarrassed by my conduct and by the distress it may have caused to anyone who witnessed it, ”William Amos revealed via his Twitter account.

The member for Pontiac said he made the decision to temporarily withdraw from his role as parliamentary secretary and from his committee duties in order to seek the appropriate support. No details were given as to how the incident could have happened, or what help William Amos expects to get. The media around the world have also taken hold of the story. “Although accidental and not visible to the public, my action was totally inappropriate, and I apologize wholeheartedly,” added William Amos, who also says he still continues to serve as MP for Pontiac.

As of this writing, the local executive for the Pontiac riding of the Liberal Party of Canada has yet to respond. Recall that they had given their support to the deputy following the first incident last month. In the past few weeks, rumors of an early fall election on the federal scene have circulated several times.
