The company Novom Interactive published Monday (December 14), a press release to officially announce that it has been entrusted with the creation and realization of the illumination of the Félix-Gabriel-Marchand Bridge by the organization Phare Ouest.

“Highlighting such a majestic heritage element, witness to our history, requires rigorous artistic reflection and great respect. This stimulating challenge of designing and carrying out the highlight brings to the fore our history and those who have worked hard to create vibrant living environments. This history and this built heritage, more often in the shadows, absolutely deserve to be brought to light so that these architectural works can bear witness to our past ” underlines the designer of the Pont Rouge lighting plan, Alain Dubé, artistic director and to multimedia innovation at Novom.

Novom Interactive is used to this kind of project. The company has developed advanced technological platforms and communication management methods for live or virtual crowds. In recent years, they have led projects for many tourism companies, in order to improve the visitor experience (among others: the Biodôme de Montréal, the 125th anniversary of Château Frontenac, Evenko, Granby Zoo, Carnaval de Québec, Vert & Or from the University of Sherbrooke, SkyShow and Loto-Québec). “Thanks to the merger with 7e SENS, a company that creates light-filled and spectacular events and attractions created by Alain Dubé and Stéphane Parent, NOVOM INTERACTIVE increases its ability to push experiences further through scripting and staging attractive experiences ” according to its president, Claude Caron.

Remember that the work on the Félix-Gabriel-Marchand Bridge should be completed next summer and that the illumination of the bridge is scheduled for July.
