Interview – Gaston Allard – New Bylaw allowing ATVs on Fort-Coulonge roads

The municipality of Fort-Coulonge will now allow all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) to circulate on municipal roads. Starting on July 15, 2020, the municipality will allow all-terrain motorized vehicles with handlebars and at least three wheels on some of its streets at a maximum speed of 30km / h.
