30 years ago, an idea was proposed by business man, Joe Kowalski, who attempted to get national park status to les Iles Lafontaines in the municipality of Grand-Calumet Island. After failing to motivate the public back in the 80’, Kowalski has revitalized the project. He gives us all the details in an interview with Eric O’Brien.
