150th anniversary of the Protection of Quebec Wildlife
This year, Canada is celebrating its 150th anniversary, but our country was not the only organization to celebrate such a milestone the Quebec, Wildlife Protection organization Protection de la faune du Québec came into existence 150 years ago. It was the first province in Canada to introduce this type of organization . For this occasion, the Quebec Ministry of Forests, Wildlife and Parks has produced three videos that tell the story of the organization of and offer the public a glimpse into what a Wildlife protection agent does.
Bruno Chartrand, wildlife protection agent, spoke to CHIP about what his job entails.
