The Barreau du Québec bar association has set up a free legal aid via a telephone hotline for flood victims. La Bâtonnière Quebec (president of the Bar in Quebec) Claudia P. Prémont says that they can go the website of the Barreau du Québec or use the hotline for residents who want to know more about flood issues from a legal stand point:
